Nick Couchot is an attorney in Buchalter’s Orange County office and a member of the Insolvency & Financial Law practice group.  Mr. Couchot represents secured and unsecured creditors, creditors’ committees, trustees, debtors, and other parties in a variety of bankruptcy, restructuring cases and collection matters, including out of court workouts.  Prior to joining Buchalter, Mr. Couchot externed for the Honorable Theodor C. Albert at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California, Santa Ana division.
