Nicholas Petzwinkler is a Trainee Associate at ENS in the Corporate Commercial practice, with over four years’ experience in corporate transactional and advisory work.  

Nicholas specialises in corporate and commercial law, where he advises predominantly on corporate re-organisations and restructurings, aspects of financial markets and securities legislation and regulation, corporate finance, project finance transactions and empowerment ventures across a number of sectors (including logistics, digital communication and natural resources).

In addition, Nicholas is also experienced in competition and antitrust law and has advised international clients in the automotive, agricultural, and aviation industry.
