Nick defends financial institutions in consumer litigation cases throughout the country, focusing his practice on claims under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and similar state laws. He has experience in state and federal courts in twelve US jurisdictions.

The diverse footprint of Nick’s practice, along with his early experience leading a large portfolio of consumer cases, gives him a perspective unique to most young attorneys.
