Nicola advises international and Australian financial institutions, private debt funds, private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies and corporate borrowers on a wide range of cross-border financing transactions. She has significant expertise in new money financings with a focus on leveraged finance and distressed debt investments and restructurings. She is committed to delivering highly focused, commercial and pragmatic advice for the benefit of her clients.
