Nicole Bonett is an Associate at Mamo TCV Advocates. She joined the firm as a trainee in July 2021. Nicole graduated from the University of Malta with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) in 2021 after having submitted a Bachelor’s Dissertation entitled: ‘Human Trafficking and the Internet: A Critical Assessment of the Maltese Legal Framework’, and with a Master of Advocacy in 2023. She was called to the Bar in March 2023. Nicole’s main areas of practice include privacy and data protection law and intellectual property law.
