Nolan Clark’s practice is focused on a broad range of matters. He has experience preparing and reviewing various real estate documents, including commercial and residential leases, closing documents, contracts, and transactional documents. Nolan also analyzes ordinances and codes to ensure compliance for commercial and residential properties. In addition, he has handled various matters related to worker’s compensation, labor and employment, commercial litigation, intellectual property disputes, condemnation proceedings, insurance disputes, and fair competition claims.

He worked as a judicial extern for the Hon. Karen O. Bowdre on the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama.
