Profile

Noreen focuses her practice on antitrust litigation, government investigations, and client counseling.

Noreen represents clients across a diverse field of industries (including healthcare, food and beverage, retail, and real estate) in a wide range of antitrust matters in both federal and state courts, including complex civil litigation, government investigations, and civil investigative demands. Noreen also works with clients to navigate complex federal and state regulatory frameworks and compliance issues. She has experience with early investigation, discovery, and motion practice.

Noreen also maintains an active pro bono practice. Her pro bono work has included assisting clients with federal and state civil rights claims.

Prior to joining the firm, Noreen served as a law clerk in Mergers IV at the Federal Trade Commission and in the Office of Legal Policy at the United States Department of Justice.

Relevant Experience

  • Represented international medical device manufacturer in antitrust litigation challenging rival’s monopolization of US hospital market.
  • Counseled clients involved in multi-state attorneys general antitrust investigations.
  • Assists industry stakeholders in providing public comments to FTC’s proposed rulemakings.
  • Provides environmental, sustainability, and social governancy advice for corporate clients considering ESG initiatives.
