Oluwasemiloore’s practice areas include aviation, corporate restructuring & insolvency, corporate commercial and dispute resolution.
She regularly advises on aviation finance, leasing and compliance with the Cape Town convention and other laws in the aviation sector. She is presently advising an American bank providing finance for an airline.

As part of a team, Oluwasemiloore has advised a foreign company seeking to establish a Free Zone in Nigeria. She also advised an oil and gas service company on the corporate restructuring of their subsidiaries in Nigeria. In this matter, she also addressed the winding up procedures, environmental liabilities and real estate concession. She has also conducted a comprehensive due diligence on an Acquisition of a bank.

She also provides compliance services to various multinational companies. She is also currently part of the team working on the acquisition of a multibillion telecommunication company in Nigeria.

She holds an LLB from Igbinedion University, Okada, where she graduated as of one of the Best Graduating Student from the College of Law and also concluded her LLM from Warwick University of London in International Economic Law. She is currently in the process of concluding the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators professional qualification.
