Örn Gunnarsson is the Managing Partner at LEX law offices. Örn has extensive experience in various fields of businesses. Örn specializes on Mergers & Acquisitions, Finance and Restructuring. In his practice Örn capitalizes on his vast experience from his investment banking background in addition to benefit from running a small IT company for a brief spell.

Örn has for a long spell been involved with the legal environment of the Football Association of Iceland having served both on the Committee of Contracts and Transfer and on the Club Licensing Board.
