Paige counsels clients in pre-suit matters, discovery, motion practice, and settlement, in state and federal court, as well as alternative dispute resolution settings. She represents clients in a variety of industries, including oil and gas, chemical production, and electricity infrastructure. Her experience includes mass tort, personal injury, and wrongful death litigation.

Paige also represents clients in probate and fiduciary litigation. She has advised clients in will contests, will interpretation issues, will forgeries, and breach of fiduciary actions.
