Paige’s practice focuses on privacy and cybersecurity issues.

Paige is an associate with the firm’s global privacy and cybersecurity practice. She assists clients in identifying, evaluating and managing privacy and information security risks and compliance issues associated with US state and data breach notification laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act, California Privacy Rights Act, Virginia Consumer Data Privacy Act, Colorado Privacy Act and HIPAA. Paige also has experience advising clients on insurance-specific breach obligations, such as those under the NAIC model laws, and understanding notification requirements. Her work includes assisting with comprehensive privacy and information security programs, including those required by HIPAA/HITECH and their implementing regulations, as well as state health privacy and insurance laws. In addition, Paige drafts data processing agreements, online privacy policies, and internal privacy and security policies.

Prior to joining the firm, Paige was a research assistant to Professor William McGeveran and aided his work for the Uniform Law Commission’s Collection and Use of Personally Identifiable Data Drafting Committee, which included a focus the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
