Senior Associate of the Litigation, Arbitration and Insolvency team, with 8 years of experience. Currently, she is in charge of the Firm's insolvency practice. She provides legal advice and represents companies and financial entities as creditors in insolvency proceedings before the Superintendency of Companies and before other local authorities in cases related to debtor companies from different sectors. commercial as public transport, infrastructure, private ports, international suppliers and aviation, among others. Paola also provides legal advice in filing applications for admission to insolvency proceedings before judicial authorities and advises on cross-border insolvency proceedings. Additionally, she is part of the structuring of financing transactions, project finance, M&A, telecommunications, technology and infrastructure, among other projects, contributing to the analysis of insolvency issues and constitution and execution of guarantees. Paola represents companies in commercial and corporate governance disputes.

She graduated with honors from Universidad de la Sabana, holds a postgraduate degree in International Business Law from Universidad de los Andes and a Master in Laws from Berkeley Law School.
