Patricia Backhausen has been an associate in DORDA's Corporate/M&A team since 2019 and passed the Austrian bar exam in 2019 with honours. Patricia regularly advises in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions involving various industries and is part of DORDA's Digital Industries Group, with a focus on tech-related M&A transactions.
Before joining DORDA, she gained experience in several renowned law firms in Austria and London, including Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr as well as DMH Stallard LLP.

Education
Patricia holds a master's degree in law from the University of Vienna (Mag iur 2016) as well as a master's degree in finance and accounting (MSc 2016) and a bachelor's degree in international business administration (BSc 2013) from the Vienna University of Economics and Business.
