Patrick Murphy is a trial lawyer and experienced advocate who represents clients in state and federal courts throughout the United States. With a focus on representing corporate policyholders in insurance coverage disputes, Patrick also advises companies in a variety of industries in other complex business litigation. His practice includes:

• Insurance coverage litigation
• Product liability lawsuits
• Class actions

Clients know Patrick for his earnest, direct manner with them, opposing counsel, judges and juries. He develops and executes strategies to achieve client business objectives.

Patrick is chair of the firm’s Insurance Coverage team.
