Pawee is an associate in the corporate practice of the firm’s Bangkok office. He assists both Thai and multinational companies with various corporate and commercial matters, including advising and representing on a number of transactions involving capital markets and securities, strategic mergers and acquisitions and cross-border transactions.

He has experience in assisting foreign investors in foreign business investments in Thailand in a variety of industries covering real estate, manufacturing, media and technology.

Prior to joining the firm, Pawee worked as a M&A lawyer with the merged Thai-Japanese law firm in Bangkok for more than 2 years.

Relevant Experience

• Represented a Tender Offeror in the acquisition of the entire securities in a leading EMS service provider by way of a conditional voluntary tender offer. The transaction is worth THB 5,600 million.
• Represented a SET-listed company operating a leading integrated power plants, in the entire processes of its acquisition of shares in project companies operating three biomass power plants with total capacities of approx. 26.9 MW. The transaction is worth THB 524.2 million.
• Represented a SET-listed automotive-related exhibitions organizer in its acquisition of shares in a 9 MW Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF) technology power plant operator.
• Represented a SET-listed company operating power, real estate and utilities businesses, in:
  • its share acquisition of a project company operating high-end real estate development projects in Cambodia; and
  • its share acquisition of a project company operating solar project with a generating capacity of approx. 46.7 MW in Vietnam.
• Represented a publicly traded media company company in all aspects of its share acquisition of a leading product and service operator.
