Paweena is an associate in the Bangkok office focusing her practice on corporate governance and board advisory.

Prior to joining the firm, Paweena worked as an in-house lawyer at a reputed conglomerate specialized in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).  With that role, she gained experience as a company secretary and in corporate registration, having assisted in obtaining the license and permit required for investments, particularly those in Vietnam.
