Profile
Perenami's main practice areas are dispute resolution, corporate and commercial, energy and environmental law. She has advised various multinationals on the framework for foreign direct and foreign portfolio investments in Nigeria.
She is currently part of the team advising a Banking Institution on the provision of marine vessel financing including the applicable laws, regulations and relevant regulators; dispute resolution regime; ship finance competitors, government policies in support of indigenous ownership of vessels and tax regimes.
