Peter-Andreas is a member of our Private Investment Funds team, and he leads our dedicated Regulatory Solutions team. Unique in a Nordic context, this specialised five-person team focuses exclusively on providing regulatory solutions to managers of alternative investment funds (AIFMs).

The Regulatory Solutions team continuously advises managers on all aspects related to AIFMD, anti-money laundering, and SFDR. The team also has unrivalled expertise in assisting Nordic managers with the global marketing of their investment funds.

Peter-Andreas has a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Aarhus and King’s College, London. With over a decade of experience, he has worked extensively with private investment funds both in private practice and at Danske Bank, Asset Management (Danica Pension).
