Peter is a partner in Plesner's Litigation team. He has extensive experience in all aspects of dispute resolution and appears regularly before Danish courts and arbitration tribunals in Denmark and internationally.

He has appeared regularly in complex cases involving a wide range of commercial law for more than 20 years since his admission to the Danish Supreme Court.

In his practice, Peter is particularly focused on professional services disputes, D&O liability, and insolvency-related litigation.

Apart from acting as counsel in arbitration cases, Peter is also a certified arbitrator, and he frequently acts as such.

Peter has lectured on the law of evidence at the University of Copenhagen's Master of Laws program and has authored a variety of articles and books on dispute resolution topics.

He has management experience from acting as a board member of Danish limited liability companies and from a range of leadership positions with the Royal Danish Air Force reserves, where he holds the rank of colonel.
