Peter Chen is a counsel at LCS & Partners where he joined since 2015. Mr. Chen has extensive experience in cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets. In addition, he also involved in several issuances of REITs and Securitization transaction. Recently, Mr. Chen also participated in several cases of Fintech Compliance and Regulatory Sandbox Applications. Also, he also participated in numerous renewable energy investment transactions, including several offshore wind power projects and fishery-solar coexistence power plant.
