Peter advises on all aspects of competition law, including merger control and M&A-related competition law, in particular.

Peter has broad experience in advising on public procurement law issues, and he advises both suppliers and contracting authorities at all stages of a public procedure, both in the form of strategic advice on the authority's preparation and completion of a procedure, the supplier's preparation of a tender and the subsequent enforcement of the procurement rules before the courts and/or the Danish Complaints Board for Public Procurement.

Peter is experienced in advising a large number of industries, particularly the pharmaceutical and medical industries, large public infrastructure projects and, thanks to his secondment to DONG Energy's legal department for a combined period of 13 months in 2011 and 2013, the energy area, including construction of large-scale wind farms.
