Peter Nordbeck is a partner in the ITC department of Delphi's Stockholm office. His expertise includes advising on outsourcing, e-commerce, IT contracts and privacy law. Peter Nordbeck regularly advises Swedish and international banks and corporations on outsourcing transactions, license agreements and other complex deals within the IT sector, as well as all aspects of e-commerce and data protection, including cross-border transfer of data and compliance programmes. He is a frequent speaker on topics related to outsourcing, IT contracts, data protection and e-commerce. He is the head of Delphi's TMT/Intellectual Property group
