Profile
Philip Exenberger joined DORDA's Dispute Resolution team in 2011 and specialises in international commercial arbitration and cross-border litigation. His focus is on complex disputes, with commercial and technical aspects such as construction disputes. He is an expert in managing extensive evidentiary proceedings and is an experienced party counsel before arbitral tribunals and state courts. Philip also advises clients regarding claim management prior to the initiation of arbitral or state court proceedings.
Philip is a member of the Young Austrian Arbitration Practitioners and the international young lawyers association AIJA (Association Internationale des Jeunes Avocats).
In addition, he is the author of multiple publications on commercial arbitration.
