Phil is a corporate partner and a member of the firm's finance and restructuring group. He advises UK and overseas clients on corporate finance matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, debt and equity finance and general corporate advice. Phil also advises on the finance and restructuring aspects of real estate finance transactions and acts for a number of leading banks and corporate borrowers. With experience in a wide range of industries, Phil has a particular interest in the hotels and leisure and real estate sectors.
