Associate

Philippe Brassard is a member of the Business Law group and focuses his practice mainly on transactional and commercial law.

Mr. Brassard supports our partners and experienced members primarily with commercial transactions, such as business sales and acquisitions and corporate mergers and reorganizations.

In addition to his practice in transactional law, Mr. Brassard assists entrepreneurs in various business development stages, including incorporation and organization, and in drafting shareholders? agreements and drafting and reviewing service contracts, franchising agreements and other types of documents.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Brassard has had the opportunity to work on several major equity or asset purchase and sale transactions in a number of different areas.
