Profile

Philippe Portier is in charge of Corporate Finance/M&A, Corporate Compliance/CSR and Public Affairs/Lobbying.

He is a specialist in corporate finance, corporate governance, executive compensation (Say on Pay...) and corporate compliance (anti-corruption programmes, human rights and environmental due diligence, etc.) and contributes to the works of the Fondation Croissance Responsable (board member), A-CAP (lobbying, vice-chairman) and Institut Montaigne (a leading French think tank).

From 2012 to 2021, he chaired the Association des Avocats-Conseils en Agffaires pUbliques (lobbying)

Advised Kereis Holding on the acquisition of a majority stake in the brokerage company RB Conseil (ASSFI).
Advised Financière CEP Holding on the acquisition of a majority stake in Minalea.
Advised Generis Capital Partners on the sale of its stake in Cocooncenter to the Pharmacie Lafayette group.
Advised the Socomore Group on the acquisition of a stake in Mäder Conseil and the acquisition of Mäder Aéro.
Advised Gènes Diffusion on the acquisition of an activity of the Avril Group.
Advised ACO on the acquisition of two French companies.
Advised iAssure (Kereis Group) on the acquisition of a portfolio of brokerage contracts.
Advised Société Générale du Banque du Liban on the acquisition of the French and Monegasque activities of KBL European Private Bankers.
