Pitiporn’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions.

Pitiporn is an associate in the Bangkok office. She has substantial experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, capital markets and securities, foreign investment including other relevant legal aspects of commercial transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Pitiporn worked as a senior associate at a respected international law firm and before that she worked as a corporate lawyer at a local law firm in Bangkok.

Relevant Experience

• Advised a Thai company for the sale of its 49% stakes in five solar power plant project companies with a value THB 1.3 bn, having an electricity generating capacity of 48 MW in total, to a listed company on the Stock Exchange of Thailand investing in several solar power The representation included end-to-end M&A process and the secured obligation.
• Represented Rabbit-Line Pay Company Limited, a leading e-payment business operator in Thailand, on its share issuance, and subscription by Advanced mPay Company Limited, transaction for the total value of THB 787 million.
• Represented InVent, a corporate venture capital arm of INTOUCH Holdings Public Company Limited (formerly known as SHIN CORP) in its acquisition of equity stake in Wongnai Media Company Limited and Digio (Thailand) Company Limited.
• Represented Beacon Venture Capital Company Limited, a wholly-own subsidiary of KASIKORNBANK Public Company Limited in its acquisition of equity stake in FlowAccount Company Limited.
• Represented Raimon Land Public Company Limited on its land and assets acquisitions and issuance and allocation of newly issued shares worth THB 1.07 billion to specific investors.
