Piyakun is an associate in the Bangkok office focusing on compliance and regulatory practice.

Prior to joining the firm, Piyakun worked as a compliance specialist at a leading telecommunications service provider, where he assisted in supporting listed company and its subsidiaries to comply with laws and regulations of the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Stock Exchange of Thailand. In that role, he prepared disclosure documents and reports, such as Form 56-1s, Annual Reports, Financial Statements, Strategic Shareholder and AGM Notices, and worked closely with the relevant government agencies to ensure the company’s business operations complied with relevant laws and regulations. In addition, he has responsible for compliance with Thailand’s corporate governance principles and anti-corruption criteria.
