Ms. Permyakova's practice focuses on commercial arbitration. She acts as counsel in arbitration proceedings under different institutional rules such as the SCC and the ICC rules as well as in ad hoc proceedings under the Swedish arbitration act and the UNCITRAL rules. Ms. Permyakova's experience includes domestic and international arbitrations relating to sale of goods, service agreements, manufacturing contracts, pricing disputes in the energy sector and others. She also advises clients on general commercial contracts issues. Ms. Permyakova is invited as a guest lecturer in international commercial arbitration at Stockholm University. She has several publications, primarily in the field of international arbitration and contract law.
