Pyry runs a versatile practice of fund formation mandates for both sponsors and investors, coupled with pure play transactional work within private equity and commercial real estate. He is also heavily involved in work intersected by these focus areas, such as investment management matters, holding structures, joint ventures, distressed transactions and regulatory issues relating to investment and wealth management.
