Rachel's practice focuses on class action and complex commercial litigation.

As an associate in the firm’s litigation group, Rachel represents plaintiffs and defendants in domestic and international disputes at the trial and appellate level and in multidistrict litigation. These include complex commercial, antitrust, RICO, and class-action claims. She has particular experience managing electronic discovery, conducting motion practice, and developing the factual record.

She is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia.

Rachel was a summer associate with Hunton & Williams LLP in 2011 and with Turner Padget Graham & Laney P.A. and Buist Moore Smythe McGee P.A. in 2010.

• Successfully represented class to achieve $297 M settlement in one of the largest civil RICO class action settlements in recent history
• Representing Fortune 50 and Fortune 500 retailers in all types of commercial litigation, including real estate and contract claims
• Defending health insurer in antitrust litigation alleging antitrust violations under Sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act
• Representing medical equipment services company bringing antitrust claims against competitor
