Rafael Gimenes is a partner at Veiranos Sao Paulo office. His practice focuses on international clients and transactions, whether in the implementation of new projects (M&A, start-ups, joint ventures, R&D, project finance, cost planning) or in turning-point situations, such as business restructuring, negotiation with creditors, shut down, and in-house fraud. His regular practice also includes asset management for high net worth individuals as well as assistance in restricted maritime law matters (drafting and negotiation of charter parties, specialized arbitration). Rafael coordinates multidisciplinary legal teams to offer long-term, tailored solutions, seeking to develop a deeper understanding of the clients business and accompany its evolution over time.
