Raina is an experienced litigator specializing in health care liability claims and representation of health care providers and managed care companies in civil litigation, arbitration, mediation and before their licensing boards.

Raina has a strong background in health care defense litigation and insurance defense. Her experience includes medical malpractice, group insurance litigation, premises liability, products liability, breach of contract, DTPA, personal injury, appellate law and auto mobile liability. She has jury trial and bench trial experience and has handled her own trial appeals including oral arguments before the Court of Appeals. She has extensive mediation and deposition experience including adverse parties and expert witnesses and has represented physicians, nurses, hospitals and nursing homes in health care liability litigation. She has also represented physicians and nurses in disciplinary actions initiated by the Texas Medical Board and the Texas Nursing Board.
