Rebecca focuses her practice on construction and real property matters. She handles disputes for a wide range of clients including heavy civil, commercial, and residential contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers in state and federal court and arbitration. Rebecca counsels clients on bid protests, mechanics liens, and potential construction claims and disputes involving differing site conditions, delay and disruption, design errors and omissions, and construction defects. Clients value Rebecca’s rigorous approach to early dispute resolution and litigation.
