Rebecca Lang is a Senior Counsel in the Firm’s San Diego office and a member of the Litigation practice group. Ms. Lang specializes in residential landlord/tenant matters and unlawful detainer cases. She has extensive experience in contested unlawful detainers, having made hundreds of appearances for hearings and trials, including post-foreclosure matters. Ms. Lang also has experience in rent control, just cause restrictions, and bankruptcy matters.
