Rebekah’s practice focuses on antitrust and trade regulation.

Rebekah is an associate in the firm’s competition practice group in the Washington office.  Her practice focuses on antitrust litigation, government investigations, and complex commercial litigation. She also advises clients on antitrust and consumer protection issues. 

Rebekah is a regular contributor to the firm’s Retail Industry Blog, commenting on topics related to competition/antitrust and consumer protection.

Relevant Experience

• Representing alcoholic beverages supplier in a state attorney general antitrust investigation.
• Defending health insurer in multidistrict litigation alleging antitrust violations under Sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act.
• Providing guidance and counseling on antitrust and consumer protection issues to clients in various industries.
