Profile
Roberto Crouzel has been a partner of the firm since 1993 and is a member of its Executive Committee. He started his career at EBV in 1984.
His practice areas include mergers & acquisitions, corporate and general advice, banks and financial Institutions, debt restructuring and project finance. He also has a vast experience in International Transactions. Roberto has broad expertise in the financial industry, as well as in general advice to companies of a variety of industries, including telecommunications and natural resources. He has also extensive experience in microfinance and family companies’ advice.
Roberto served as assistant professor of the Chair of Commercial Law at the Universidad de Buenos Aires between 1990 and 1995. In 2008 has served as a visiting professor in the Latin-American Programme of Internal Practices at the Sturm College of Law, University of Denver.
Roberto has been recognized by Chambers Latin America,The Legal 500 and LACCA Approved, among others.

Education
Roberto obtained his law degree from Universidad de Buenos Aires (1984). He has participated in a number of courses at the Universidad Catolica Argentina, Universidad Austral, Harvard Business School University and the International Association of the Developing Right, among others.
