Robyn Hansen helps clients with a variety of business law and franchise and distribution matters. Her focus includes business transactions, general corporate matters, real estate, asset acquisition and disposition, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A, and tax increment finance (TIF). Robyn also handles contractual matters such as management agreements, construction contracts, technology agreements, supply chain contracts, marketing and advertising agreements, and intellectual property (IP) licensing.

Clients benefit from Robyn’s experience as in-house chief legal officer and general counsel for several nationally known and publicly held franchise companies, as well as her ownership in several closely held private companies.
