Rod is a partner in the Banking and Finance team. Rod specialises in commercial and corporate finance, acting in Scotland for corporate borrowers, lenders and funds. He has wide experience in cross-border property and corporate finance deals, with particular expertise in residential, commercial mortgage and trade receivables backed securitisation. He also regularly advises on leveraged funds finance structures involving Scottish limited partnership vehicles and has recently acted for JPMorgan, RBS, Lloyds, Co-operative Bank and Charter Court on cross-border finance deals.
