Ms. Liu has been working in the legal profession since 2008 and joined Han Kun Law Offices in November 2013, she specializes in mergers and acquisitions, public and private financings, foreign direct investment, general corporate matters and so on. Ms. Liu has represented a large number of multinational and PRC companies and funds in different industries such as telecommunications, Internet, e-commerce, IPTV, exhibition, media & entertainment, education, advertising, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology and so on. Her legal services include assisting in forming deal structures, drafting legal documents and participating in negotiations.
