Russell Allyn’s practice focuses on commercial and business litigation. He specializes in representing clients in the financial and apparel industries.  He has served as first chair in trial, representing corporate, technology, banking and other financial institution clients in both state and federal court.

Mr. Allyn has experience in banking, contractual disputes, business torts, Unfair Competition Law, trade secrets, Commercial Code (sales, negotiable instruments and secured transactions), provisional remedies (writs of attachment and possession, receiverships and injunctive relief), intellectual property (trademark and copyright), securities fraud, Proposition 65, equipment and vehicle leasing, mortgage lending, shareholder disputes, insurance, First Amendment and privacy matters, labor, eminent domain, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”), Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”), Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act (“FACTA”), Truth in Lending Act (“TILA”), foreclosures and other real estate matters.

Mr. Allyn has appeared before the Securities and Exchange Commission and Delaware Chancery Court and prepared cases for the China International Economic, Trade Arbitration Commission and American Film Marketing Association.
