Ruth has extensive experience advising lenders and borrowers in relation to finance arrangements particularly in respect of capital call and bridge facilities and aircraft and fixed asset financing Ruth also advises on all matters of Guernsey aviation law and regulation including in relation to the registration and taking of security over aircraft assets registered on the 2-Reg.
