Ryan is a Capital Finance & Real Estate associate in the Atlanta office and a member of the Atlanta Lending Services Group.
Ryan’s practice focuses on representation of agents and lenders in domestic and international secured lending transactions. Prior to joining the firm, Ryan worked in the New York office of an international law firm specializing in the financing of energy and infrastructure assets.
Ryan is a member of the Board of Directors of Georgia Lawyers for the Arts, a non-profit organization that provides legal assistance and educational programming to artists and arts organizations, and the National LGBTQ+ Bar Association.
