Profile

Ryan Kilpatrick is a litigator with a focus on complex commercial litigation. He has worked with clients on disputes involving a wide array of substantive legal issues, including breach of fiduciary duty, business torts, fraud, breach of contract, as well as federal and state securities laws. Ryan has also assisted clients with investigations in connection with matters before the Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Commodities Futures Trading Commission, and the Federal Reserve.

In addition, Ryan has worked extensively on restructuring-related litigation, including disputes involving the validity of billions of dollars’ worth of bonds.

His diverse practice touches upon all facets of the litigation life cycle, from initial risk assessment and dispositive motion to trials and appeals.
