Christina’s practice focuses on capital markets transactions for power and utility issuers.

Christina Kwon concentrates on capital markets transactions for power and utility issuers in connection with all aspects of public and private securities offerings, such as registered debt offerings, common stock offerings (including establishment of “at-the-market” equity programs), first mortgage bond offerings, Rule 144A/Reg S debt offerings, debt equity hybrid securities offerings, tax-exempt offerings of multimodal debt, and municipal debt offerings. She also advises clients on general corporate and securities law matters, including disclosure and reporting obligations, corporate governance issues and general corporate matters.

Christina has served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Jeanne E. Scott, United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois, 2005-2007.
