Sally focuses her practice on business, acquisitions, and securities for companies of all sizes. She has experience drafting, negotiating, and revising contracts for clients, including purchase and sale agreements, settlement agreements, confidentiality agreements, supply contracts, and advertising agreements. She counsels clients to ensure corporate compliance with regulatory bodies such as OSHA, federal and state EPA, and relevant local governments. She also assists clients with addressing human resources issues, updating employee handbooks, reviewing OSHA reporting, and implementing updated employee policies.
