Sameer Saxena is an associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions, Capital Markets and Securities and Energy Practice Groups in the Houston office of Haynes and Boone. Sameer has a broad multidisciplinary practice that includes experience in mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, general corporate and partnership matters, SEC reporting obligations for public companies and the negotiation of commercial contracts.
Sameer has assisted clients throughout the energy sector and has developed industry expertise representing such clients in raising billions of dollars through equity and debt offerings.
