Samuel D. Sazer is an Attorney in the Firm’s San Francisco office and a member of the Litigation practice group. Mr. Sazer’s practice spans all manner of complex business and commercial litigation, with particular experience in trademark, trade secret, real estate, antitrust, and copyright matters. He has prevailed for clients in state and federal courts across the country, in addition to favorably resolving numerous disputes outside of court. Before joining Buchalter, Mr. Sazer practiced at two international law firms on behalf of multiple Fortune 500 companies and other prominent firms.
