Profile

Samuel Dürr is a partner in the Tax Team. He is advising in national and international corporate tax, with a special focus in the area of real estate financing, structured financing, capital market transactions, reorganisations, cross-border structuring and relocations. Moreover he has specialised in estate tax planning of non-listed groups and complex interstate tax matters.

Born in 1964, Samuel Dürr was educated at the University of Berne (Attorney 1991) and graduated as certified tax expert (1996). He worked as a tax consultant of an international consulting firm, deputy head of the tax department of a major telecom firm and as a tax partner of a Zurich law firm.

Samuel Dürr speaks German, English and French. He is registered with the Berne Bar Registry and admitted to practice in all Switzerland.
