Profile
Dr. Sandor Nemeth is a Hungarian attorney admitted to the Budapest Bar. He received his JD, cum laude, from University of Miskolc, Faculty of State and Legal Science in 2001. Dr. Nemeth has a BA diploma from the Budapest Business School (1997). He also attended the Summer Seminar on International Law and Human Rights at the University of Helsinki in 2000, and various trainings at the KPMG Academy Budapest, in 2003. Dr. Nemeth started his working experience as an associate at HR Department of AUDI Hungaria Motor Ltd (Gyõr, 1998-1999) and was an associate at Arday Law Firm (Budapest, 1999-2005) as well as assisted a legal transaction at JonesDay (London, May-June, 2003). Dr. Nemeth currently specializes in corporate law and M&A, property law, trust law and estate planning.
